J I don’t know about you guys, but, I’m still trying to recover from last weekend and St. Patrick’s Day.   Oh, the Guinness, the fun, the corned beef, whiskey, and ibuprofen. Let’s go with something light today… SKINNY ICED TEA! 1 oz sweet tea vodka Sugar free lemonade Lime wedge for garnish Fill glass with ice, pour vodka. Top with light lemonade. Garnish with lime wedge. Calories 70!

Ahoy Fellow Fathomers! Today in The Locker I share with you some rancher secret recipes to kick-off the release of my 4 th book, Lovedust and Trailblazers. Rancher woman Minnie knows the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach and following are two examples of how she keeps Josiah happy. Josiah’s contribution is guaranteed to see anyone through their chores of the afternoon, with his hearty meat and potatoes mix-up.   Truthfully, though, folks, these recipes are kitchen tested and easy staples in my own busy home-not just works of fiction. Cattle Company Cornbread Pie 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix 1 can creamed corn 1 can or 16 oz frozen whole kernel corn 8 oz nonfat/non-carb vanilla yogurt 8 oz nonfat sour cream 2 eggs, slightly beaten Mix all ingredients together and spoon into a 13x9 inch pan.
