I ate this delicious variation at a restaurant in Denver, CO and decided to make my own recipe to serve from my kitchen.  I even won a cooking contest and my recipe was featured in our electric co-op magazine publication.  4 slices cinnamon swirl bread
 4 eggs
 1/4 cup milk
 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Cattle Company Cornbread Pie 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix 1 can creamed corn 1 can or 16 oz frozen whole kernel corn 8 oz nonfat/non-carb vanilla yogurt 8 oz nonfat sour cream 2 eggs, slightly beaten Mix all ingredients together and spoon into a 13x9 inch pan.
